Believe it or not, we set the criteria for how others treat us. When you love yourself, respect, honor and value yourself,  it makes it easy for others to do the exact same.  This is why it is so crucial that you learn to love, respect, honor and value yourself prior to dating.

The next time you find yourself asking, "why doesn't he love, respect, honor and value me?  Check yourself!  Are you loving, respecting, honoring and valuing yourself?  Probably not, if you are not evoking these sentiments from others.   

Only you can make changes in your life that improve it.  Loving yourself is a very important part of enjoying and getting the most out of your life.  And, it's crucial for getting and maintaining satisfying relationships with others.
